IAM owns its own hosting server on which we maintain those clients who wish to remain with us. Our server is fully equipped to handle most web needs, large or small. Co-located at Harbour Centre in downtown Vancouver, it is monitored 24 hours per day. We have a continuous backup system and a 99% uptime guarantee. Occasionally, and typically during the night, maintenance may cause a brief pause in your websites accessibility, but otherwise we guarantee its accessibility and the stability and speed of the server.

FTP means File Transfer Protocol and basically means that you have your own hard drive space available to you online from wherever and whenever you need it. This is the same space in which your public website will sit, but you will also be able to reserve a part of this space for important documents and files within a non-public folder (meaning that people browsing the web will never be able to access them).
