A good web developer is able to negotiate with, counsel, satisfy, and guide a client towards the development of a successful website. They are able to profile the needs and characteristics of a client accurately, and they are able to take that profile and communicate it clearly and effectively in their work. When a client ultimately receives his or her product, it should fit and function like a glove.
